Premanand Ji Maharaj is battling Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD), a hereditary disorder that leads to kidney failure over time.
Both his kidneys have now completely failed, and he is undergoing full-day dialysis sessions. Despite the severity of his condition, his ashram in Vrindavan, Shri Hit Radha Keli Kunj Parikar, confirmed that Maharaj Ji is stable and continuing his spiritual routine, though his early-morning padyatra has been indefinitely postponed.
When speaking about his health in a recent video, Maharaj Ji said with acceptance, “Dono kidney fail hai, theek kya hona hai ab to jaana hai.” — expressing a serene surrender to divine will. His calm words saddened yet spiritually strengthened many of his followers.

In a recent satsang, Maharaj Ji spoke about faith and detachment, urging devotees to find divine refuge beyond worldly attachments. In his words, “Prabhu ke siva agar koi ashray hai to dhokha lagega,” reminding followers to rely solely on the divine and not be disheartened by worldly pain. Even amid illness, his composure and devotion continue to inspire millions.
